I’ve tried this so I can attest that it really works if you need to shed a few pounds quickly. You need to follow the diet strictly though and eat everything even though you are really full and don’t want any more. Seriously, you’ll be full, not hungry, but taste-wise not so great. But hey, it’s only for 3 days!
Day 1
