The 3 Day Diet Works!

I’ve tried this so I can attest that it really works if you need to shed a few pounds quickly. You need to follow the diet strictly though and eat everything even though you are really full and don’t want any more. Seriously, you’ll be full, not hungry, but taste-wise not so great. But hey, it’s only for 3 days!

Day 1 
Breakfast Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal1/2 grapefruit or juice1 piece toast with 1 tablespoon peanut butter Lunch1/2 cup tuna1 piece toastBlack coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal Dinner3 ounces any lean meat or chicken1 cup green beans1 cup carrots1 apple1 cup regular vanilla ice cream

Day 2 
Breakfast Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal1 egg1/2 banana1 piece toast Lunch 1 cup cottage cheese or tuna8 regular saltine crackers Dinner 2 beef franks1 cup broccoli or cabbage1/2 cup carrots1/2 banana1/2 cup regular vanilla ice cream

Day 3
Breakfast Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal5 regular saltine crackers1 ounce cheddar cheese1 apple Lunch Black coffee or tea, with 1-2 packets Sweet & Low or Equal1 boiled egg1 piece toast Dinner 1 cup tuna1 cup carrots1 cup cauliflower1 cup melon1/2 cup regular vanilla ice creamIn addition to its strict daily food prescription, dieters drink 4 cups of water or noncaloric drinks daily.

Not wanting to be someone who further spreads the same misinformation, I do hope that you will write to let me know if something I have posted is not quite right.Lastly, I also believe that both Eastern and Western medicine have their good and bad points and everyone should try to look at things with an open mind and not blindly trust (any) authority as they have their own agenda and its not necessarily for your good.
