Briyani Goodness

Posted by: healthnut In: Food

Mouthwatering goodness that unfortunately packs on the calories. It’s actually a really nutritious meal, but the rice is a bit much and can be shared among two people. Indian food has got to be one of the best cuisines in the world.

Try this special Hyderabadi Kachi Biryani in Chinatown, of all places – Sahas Kitchen 02-85 Blk 335 Smith Street (Chinatown Complex). This type of biryani is usually sold only in restaurants. At this hawker center stall, you don’t feel so guilty eating the biryani, as they don’t use ghee, but olive oil instead. Comes in the chicken and mutton versions, served with dalcha and mint chutney.
