Yesterday I got into an argument with a friend over the benefits of exercise. His solution for everything is basically to exercise. You’ve got constipation, exercise! You’re feeling lethargic, exercise! You’ve got hair loss, exercise!
Granted, exercise has its merits but goodness me if exercise will cure everything in my system if I stuff myself with junk food, right? No amount of exercise will help if I chuck fried food after fried food and protein shake and muscle builders into my system one after the other. No sirreee thank you.
