It’s actually quite easy getting into shape- it’s staying in shape that’s the problem. Not having a fixed schedule always throws me off, especially with the frequent flying and change in sleeping times and patterns. Often, I feel more exhausted than is warranted, given that I haven’t really done all that much physically. Then again, we all know that brain work is much more tiring than physical labour.
Anyhow, it’s important, to start getting back on track and stop using my erratic schedule as a reason for neglecting my physical training.
